Do I need to be in Greece to buy?
No. We regularly close deals for buyers abroad using powers of attorney and secure digital coordination.
What upfront costs should I budget for?
Beyond the price: transfer tax (~3.09%), notary (~1%), lawyer (optional but recommended, ~1%), land registry, and our 2% brokerage.
Can I get a mortgage as a non-resident?
Yes — several Greek banks lend to non-residents. We introduce you to trusted mortgage advisors.
Do you show off-market listings?
Yes. Certain owners prefer discretion; we share these on a private basis with qualified buyers.
