What's the standard deposit?
Two months’ rent is standard, held per Greek law and returned after final inspection minus any documented damage.
Who pays the agency fee?
Rental brokerage is typically one month’s rent, paid by the tenant on signing.
Can I sign a short lease?
Standard Greek residential leases are 3 years minimum by law, though corporate and furnished options can differ.
Do you rent furnished?
Yes — many of our units are furnished or partially furnished; use the filters to narrow down.
Who handles repairs?
For managed properties, we handle repairs directly. For non-managed leases, the owner is responsible per the lease.
